How will the products be shipped?

We use Australia Post or Couriers Please for all deliveries.

Every parcel of prescription products is uniquely barcoded and trackable online. Parcels are delivered from Monday to Friday, generally between 8:00am to 6:00pm. You will receive a tracking code via email that you can enter here to keep track of your delivery.

Unless specified otherwise, all parcels will require a signature on receipt.


How much does shipping cost?

The shipping costs will be determined when you check out to complete your order for the purchase of the Products.

Generally, we will offer free postage for non-prescription products.  In order to provide you with such free postage of these products, we may reduce the volume of the products by any reasonable means necessary (including without limitation, opening the outer product packaging or fold any boxes to reduce the size of the packaging). We note that any such actions will not materially affect the product, however, if you have any concerns with this, please contact our Customer Service department.

Unless specified otherwise when you complete your order:

  • Small orders (being orders of less than $100) will cost $9.90
  • Larger orders (being more than $100 but less than $250) will cost $5.50
  • For all other orders, costs will be determined when you complete your order


How do I provide my prescriptions for any orders requiring a prescription?

Prescriptions (in the form of the original prescription or in an electronic form acceptable to us at our sole discretion) must be received before any prescription orders are to be dispensed and dispatched. It is recommended to order well before your medicine runs out.

Where do we deliver?

We can deliver to all addresses in all States and Territories of Australia.

We only send refrigerated items within the Australia Post Express Network, to ensure items remain cold on delivery.

Due to strict customs regulations, unfortunately we currently do not ship internationally.


How long will it take for the order to arrive?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as we can once the order has been made on the basis that we have the Products in stock.

We cannot guarantee that all items in our store are in stock and available to dispatch the same day. If items are not in stock, it may take some time to dispatch your order.

Please note that orders may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or issues with our delivery partners or orders received during peak times.


What happens if any of the Products are damaged or have any issues?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Australia Post does not accept liability for delay in delivery or damage to goods that may result from delayed delivery. By ordering refrigerated items, you accept the rare chance that goods will not be delivered in an ideal condition and that no compensation will be offered to replace spoilt goods, even if transit cover is chosen.


How do I return any Products?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted by us (at our sole and absolute discretion), we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and custom products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
