If you are choosing over the counter and script products, you have to opt for split delivery if you would like to receive your OTC products sooner!
Yes! We accept returns for all items except script products. We can offer a full refund, credit or exchange for which item* you would like to return. Please ensure the item is as good as new, unopened, and hasn’t been used.
Please fill out our returns form to receive your AusPost shipping barcode. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost for this.

Upon ordering, AusPost will send you a confirmation email. Ensure you provide the correct email, as you will receive your tracking number as soon as it's on the way!

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal.
We do not currently offer Buy Now Pay Later schemes.
Make sure you have submitted the correct card details and billing address. If it doesn’t line up, your bank won’t accept the transaction.
For payment with card, you will need your card number, expiry date, CVC and billing address details.
For checking out with PayPal, you will need your PayPal login details.
- But don’t I have to buy it from my vet?
No, not always! Most of the time, it is not a requirement to buy directly from your vet.
We provide the same high-quality products at a lower price and straight to your door, making pet meds easy. Set up auto-delivery to stop you from having to make repeat orders.

Subscriptions allow you to set an auto-delivery for both over the counter and script products - monthly, quarterly and half-yearly.
We will keep a record of your script for every subsequent order after you provide it on the first order of auto-delivery.
You can update all your subscription preferences on your account page. Here you’ll be able to pause or disable your account, or update any details such as your delivery address.

Yes, for non-prescription products - however, you’ll miss out on being a part of our loyalty program, ScriptlyPerks.
If you are ordering script products, you’ll need an account. This way, we can keep a record of your scripts for every subsequent order once you’ve provided it for the first auto-delivery.
If you go to ‘My Account’ on the top-right corner, you’ll be able to update all your details!
