2 - Order online

3 - Provide your script

• Got a written prescription?

When selecting your product, simply snap a photo of your script and upload it to our system as a JPEG. We’ll keep your script on file for future orders.

• Got a Scriptly eScript?

If you received an eScript in your inbox, simply enter your eScript details when selecting your product, and we’ll do the rest.

• Have a script on file?

Simply add a product to your cart and we’ll do the rest

4 - Receive your meds in the mail

We’ll dispense your medication once we receive your original prescription, sent to PO Box 4767, North Rocks, NSW 2151. After placing your order, we’ll dispatch your meds within 24 hours.

5 - Reorder your repeats

When your pet meds start to get low, it’s time to reorder. We’ll match your order to the script on file, to make ordering repeats easy.

6 - Or set up auto-repeats

Never forget to fulfil your repeats again. Upload your script just once and we’ll do the rest. We’ll automatically issue your pet meds when they start to get low.
